赛前，各班选手摩拳擦掌，积极备战！体育老师们精心布置场地，裁判员认真讲解规则，志愿者们忙碌地核对名单……校园里洋溢着紧张又兴奋的氛围，每个人都期待着这场速度与耐力的较量！

The anticipation was palpable as students from every class prepared for battle! Our PE teachers transformed the venue into a competition arena, referees briefed everyone on the rules, and volunteers worked tirelessly behind the scenes. You could feel the energy crackling through the campus as everyone geared up for this ultimate showdown of speed and stamina!

02 比赛过程：活力四射，精彩纷呈

哨声一响，选手们如轻盈的飞燕，绳子在空中划出优美的弧线！单人速跳、双人默契赛、团体长绳接龙……赛场上加油声、欢呼声此起彼伏，每一个跳跃都是青春的绽放，每一次坚持都是毅力的见证！

When the whistle blew, our athletes took flight! Ropes whizzed through the air as students showcased their skills in individual speed rounds, perfectly synchronized partner events, and electrifying team relay challenges. The crowd went wild with non-stop cheering and encouragement. Every leap captured the spirit of youth, and every ounce of effort showed true grit and determination!

03 颁奖环节：荣耀时刻，共享喜悦

经过激烈角逐，冠亚季军脱颖而出！校领导为获奖班级和个人颁发奖状与奖品，掌声雷动，笑容灿烂。无论胜负，每一位参赛者都是赛场上最亮的星！

After fierce competition, our winners emerged triumphant! School leaders honored our top performers with well-deserved awards and prizes, celebrating to rousing applause and beaming faces. But here's the truth – every single participant was a champion in their own right!
